The instructor of this course attests that this course meets the requirements
as depicted in the Ohio Revised Code section 2923.125(G)(1)(A)(B) during a 6 hour online learning management system course that regulary engages the student as outlined in the Ohio Attorney CCW handbook (pg4) and that the applicant shall provide the 2 hour competency examination depicted in 2923.125(G)(2) of the revised code by the 2nd instructor who provided the signed 2nd certificate that accompanies this application.
